[1] This suggestion is good to itens with large amount, like ore, mineral or ammunition and help in split after a group mining. Works like this: the guy right clik in the item and choose "Split" so he types a number X, then voila, he has X piles of that item with the same amount. |

[10] I was about to make a similar suggestion, only difference being I would want to specify how many were in each stack instead of specifying the number of stacks: The present function of dragging while holding shift is great for small stack dividing, but rather limited when you have a really large stack which needs to be divided into equal stacks of a given quantity. For example, a stack of 40000 units which needs to be made into stacks of 100 units each requires a mind numbing 400 repetitions of this operation. Please add the ability to divide a stack into multiple stacks of a given size. |
