Our Purpose of Existence
Clubs and Diamonds [CLADI] exists to provide a home for players that want to live and operate within a tight knit unit of PvPers being paid for something they enjoy so much they would do it for free. We strive for an environment of friendliness where we create a place to enjoy EvE with a purpose that is both fun and professional. All of this without forgetting that our responsibility is to aggressively pursue and complete contracts on behalf of our clientele and to leave a trail of satisfied customers in our wake.
Our Mission Statement
The Corporation Clubs and Diamonds [CLADI] is dedicated to providing exceptionally high quality mercenary services in a professional business manner to the highest paying citizens of New Eden.
The Origin of our Name
Our corporation name goes beyond a simple reference to playing cards but also includes an underlying interpretation befitting a mercenary corporation like ourselves. The word 'Clubs' is referring to the use of weapons, violence and combat in exchange for 'diamonds' which is referring to cash, profit and payments.
We pay you to PvP!
When CLADI receives payment for the mercenary contracts it fulfills a small percentage of this is kept in the corp wallet to pay for things that benefit the corp as a whole and keep CLADI running, such as rental fees, war dec fees and POSs. The rest of the payment is split between the members that actively contributed to the complete of the contract. Our pilots receive the ISK that is paid to the corp for the mercenary work they do, we believe absolutely anything else would not be fair. CLADI also believes that it is best to keep its pilots isk in its pilotĘs wallets. Since we want our pilots to be able to spend the most time possible PvPing rather than having to make isk we try to keep our tax rate at 5% or lower.
Training Program and those without PvP experience
While CLADI seeks out experienced and veteran PvPers, we understand that everyone had to start somewhere and accept pilots with no previous PvP experience. Such pilots will only be accepted under two conditions though. First, these pilots must show an attitude that clearly demonstrates a desire to become PvPers and a high level of dedication to it. Second, a willingness to undergo rigorous training in all aspects and forms of PvP so that one can become an asset to CLADI fleets rather than a liability.
Time Zones
Currently almost all CLADI pilots live in the U.S., but because of our pilotĘs high levels of activity we often still operate beyond normal U.S. time zones. With that said, other U.S. players would be the best fit for CLADI, but we have plans to expand our operations into the E.U. and Australian/ Russian time zones in the future and will happily accept pilots outside of the U.S.
CLADIĘs Current Stage
Clubs and Diamonds is currently going through a stage of recruitment, organization, training and preparation for the roads to come in our future mercenary work and life. At the moment we spend most of our time in game practicing PvP in low sec, training, organizing and running missions to raise security statuses and build stock piles of isk. Much of our work right now is preparation for Mercenary work, such as gate camps, POS bashes and War Decs.
Requirements to Join
-Security Status above -2.0 and a willingness to maintain such a security status. CLADI does not discourage pirating while we are not contracted, but you do need to be able to enter High Sec at all times in order to be able to participate in War Decs. Efficient management of security statuses is a vital part of membership within CLADI.
-Standings above -5.0 with all four of the major Empire Factions and a willingness to maintain such standings. Again, this is important so all CLADI pilots can participate in War Decs consistently.

-Two million skillpoints. This requirement is relatively low compared to what other PvP corporations look for because we enjoy helping, training and transforming newer players. CLADI maintains a low skillpoint requirement though because we want recruits to first posses a basic understanding of EvE so their training can focus on more advance concepts when they join.
-A willingness to use Ventrilo when online. Voice comms are a necessity during PvP operations. Besides that, voice comms help create a more fun atmosphere to enjoy the game in and a sense of comradeship.
-A high level of activity. We are a small tight-knit unit of mercenaries and one of the reasons we are successful against larger targets is because our members are active. If you join we will dedicate a lot of time to advising, training and preparing you and we do not want this effort to be for naught. We understand that this is a game and RL always comes first, but we prefer players that dedicate time and enjoy the game like we do. If you have fun playing Eve and are obsessive as we are, you would be a good fit for CLADI. Applicants should be online more days than they are offline, and should be on for a few hours each time they do play so they can participate in fleet operations.
