Let say i'm ratting in a rupture in a system's belt. Suddenly a wolf warps in on top of me, warp scrambles me and orbits me close to 500m. I web, and scram, but his afterburner and orbit is still too close and too fast for my guns. I try to mwd away to create distance, but realize my mwd is shutdown by his scrambler. How do I win?

... all of the above or as soon as you see it appear in overview get as many MWD cycles as you can straight up and hope to alpha the ****y frig before he can orbit you

Don't forget you can fit a couple of Assault Launchers (fast cycling Light missiles) on a Ruppie too. I think they are more generally useful than Smart Bombs. The drones make sense too because you don't really need heavy drones for rats and PvE. At least I rarely even launch mine.

I like Valkyrie IIs myself, they are fast buggers for medium drones and put out some decent DPS. If you have the frigate webbed the Valks will hurt him pretty bad.
