Probably obvious to a lot, if not most, of the rest of you guys, but this just hit me.
I was using EvEMon to check some quick skills I'm soon to be training, and realized that EvE doesn't do hovering tooltips, or at least not in simple things.
Now, I'm sure there's a technical name for these things, but whatever they're called, it's when you hover your mouse over an item.
Take your skill sheet. In EvEMon, I get a nice little popup that gives me the basic description of the skill and what it uses as a primary and secondary attribute. This isn't hard to find information. In fact, it's under 'Description' if you right-click, 'Show Info'.
Is there anything wrong with right clicking? Not by any means. But the hovering tooltip has, in my mind, become sort of a staple for ease of use computer programs. Pertinent information, at a glance, all without having to open yet ... another ... window.
Bleh ... it just surprised me to notice this. Been playing EvE awhile, and to realize that CCP has neglected this simple feature is kinda stunning.

i am just glad they added current skill on the mouseover for my character lolz

Here I am on my hospital bed. The good doctor said that I didn't actually have an aneurysm, but he was so concerned for me that he decided to arrange transport to a special hospital for people like me. Doesn't that sound grand? I'm leaving first thing tomorrow!
