I am auctioning a 18 mil Skillpoint Caldari Achura recon pilot.

This character would make a great mission runner.
He has standings with Serpentis Corporation. He can run level 3 missions, and is on the cusp of being able to run level 4's
Character has a positive wallet. And is located in Highsec. He comes with a +3 implant set, along with various other implants to improve scanning. Comes with 3 jump clones, located in 0.0 with his level 3 agent and level 4 agent.
Bidding will start at 2.0 bil.
Bidding increments go by 100 mil.
15 min Sniper rule.
No buyout set.
There is no reserve.
I reserve the right to not sell for any condition.
Bidding will end on April 20.
If someone makes me a buyout offer that I accept the character will still not be transferred until April 20.

No we don't. It says right in the OP that this auction goes till april 20th. Thanks for the bump though.
