According to CCP rules for transfering characters, it takes one downtime before new owner can log in to his new bought character. Linkage
I quote: "Character transfers occur instantaneously; however, once the transfer has been effected, the player receiving the new character will be unable to log into his new purchase until AFTER ONE downtime period has passed."
She's yours. It just takes some time.
