They were changed with a very specific skill-plan in mind, that have very little perc-based training involved (read all non-perc related Titan skills).
And that reminds me:
Avaruusmies: Neural remap is not available.

Yea, I had figured that this might have been the case. However, Capitals 5 and Titan 5 will break your neck more than DD 5. Whats the buyout anyway? ^^ |

Yea, I had figured that this might have been the case. However, Capitals 5 and Titan 5 will break your neck more than DD 5. Whats the buyout anyway? ^^
Plan was made so that those skills would not be trained until after neural remap was available again ;)
