Looks like you're all set. If you still need investors I'm open for 2 blocks and for all those wondering why YGR's not being ripped apart - he's been so on numerous occasions and this is the stuff that made it through vetting (I believe). Not to mention he's been the ripper as well and understands the process.

I had in mind paying dividends on the 12th of each month but it seems that's a little too late for previous investors.
I will include info regarding buybacks in the monthly report (sometime today).

As some of you know, the profitability of the capital market sector (namely freighter production) has been decreasing for the past couple of months and determined me to adjust the interest rate to best suit what is widely regarded as a transition towards a volume oriented market. Truth be told, after paying the 5% dividends as agreed, there isn't much left for me, however when taking into account potential augmentations, additional time consumption, I am inclined to say that it is worth it.
I would rather not drop the interest rate further (at least not without consent on the behalf of the investors) so I've taken another look at critical control points and identified several directions that can be pursued in order to increase revenue. Some have an immediate effect like buying ore and minerals in key locations at a price between local price and Jita price, setting up a miniature recycling operation in close, less frequented mission hubs, selling the end products via contracts to save the isk otherwise spent on the broker fees and sales tax; others have a long term less perceivable impact (scaling up) and concern the viability of the enterprise.
With the above in mind, I am proud to announce that a core expansion will follow shortly, structured as follows:
Phase 1 requires additional funds to be raised from the public, it is aimed at ensuring that the short term goals are met, creating a profit buffer for phase 2, processing potential buybacks. It revolves around rigs production (12 billions) and arbitrage (3 billions) and it is an active phase.
Phase 2's size is directly determined by the success phase 1 and for the same reason it might be delayed or moved ahead of schedule. A lengthy phase, focusing on acquiring and researching additional BPOs, partially funded using capital acquired in phase 1. Once the research is complete, the project will revert once again to a more passive state where I will just have to log in from time to time to collect the minerals and set up production.
As always, I am welcoming any feedback on the behalf of the investors, ultimately the decision to expand the project is theirs, though one that I certainly support.

As I have been blocked by those involved and therefore cannot contact them directly in-game, I am assuming the worst and posting here. 
So, after this farce, I have received a 5% return on my investment, but lost the investment and a due dividend payment, so a loss of 95.23%, or real loss of 105%.
