So what do you guys think of the new elite cruisers? Need a Cruiser 5 skill in whichever race, no drones or missle bays either...
Here's a link for their stats.

they are support cruisers, there job is to assist other ships with either cap transfers, shield transfer and armor transfer

I prefer this thread  , at least here the a link to the all important ship boni are available  .
The caldari one seems to be reasonable, but one big problem will be keeping the ship alive while supporting. And the base price (12M) makes me shiver. Inty baseprice is 2million => market price resulting from component prices 12 million. So one could expect prices of at least a tier 1 BS.
Lets dearly hope CCP finally fixes the scarceness of some components(at least a bit).

I think when elite frigs\cruisers are destroyed they should drop some of there tech2 components..

IS it just me or am i now lookinga at these thinking how the hell will the pose any great role??
No turret slots no launcher slots.
please tell me this is just me, or am i missing some huge picture???

i suppose it won't be that much of a big deal for those people who already have Cruiser lvl 5.
But for people like:

Loudbob
Who want to be able to fly any ship, it will be quite a long trek.
By the time all cruiser skills have been trained to lvl 5, more ships (with more/higher pre' req;s) will be available.
What a Mighty Vicious Circle...........

i don't think it's locked yet...
