To the CFS and Eve Community:
At 23.00 hours Eve time on the 27th August 2004 (Tomorrow) Black Avatar will be at a state of war with Ascendancy Inc. [ASCI] for their continuous attempts to undermine Black Avatars position in Querious. ASCI has been give 24 hours to peacefully remove from the Querious Region.
Once tomorrows deadline has passed any member of ASCI sighted in Querious is to be considered Kill On Sight by Black Avatar.
This decision has not been taken lightly and is a direct result of ASCI's continuing inabilty to co-operate in the Querious region.

This seems very strange to me. BA declare war on one of the few combat competent corps within CFS. I wonder if BA are getting a bit big for there boots. In the past it has only been with the help of Ascendancy that BA have been able to repel CA attacks. Does Stain intend too support this immoral act by BA. I say you give them hell Ascendancy your better player for player than them, I know I have fought you both.

This seems very strange to me. BA declare war on one of the few combat competent corps within CFS. I wonder if BA are getting a bit big for there boots. In the past it has only been with the help of Ascendancy that BA have been able to repel CA attacks. Does Stain intend too support this immoral act by BA. I say you give them hell Ascendancy your better player for player than them, I know I have fought you both.

hmmm BA/FA thinking their on top of the region again now CA left. So the locals will get bullied again. I have no doubt that ASCI can kick BA ass without probs. Maybe we'll come help you out

It is sad seeing forces with common enemys fighting each other instead of the enemys. I have fought often side by side with ASCII and it was a pleasure and a honor each time.
Cardassius you remember the Apoc we traped together ^^ :), it was my first BS kill.

I know what you mean, but to correct you, ASCI aint CFS member :). Merely "Defender of Querious" aka inhabitant :P

Before posting get the facts, ba are well within their right to kick a back stabbing treacherous corp outta the region.
Hopefully asci leave without incident, and maybe next time are more careful what they say on ts

We helped BA to defend their station many times, we helped BA and other corps many times vs CA in A2, we helped CFS vs rats and i am here in querious now for 10 months...
now where we/me complained (sometimes a bit rude maybe) about the lack of BA arround here (they have an unprotected station here, while most of BA are in FA or CA space and dont care about all the troubles in Querious) now u BA folks come along with 3 or 4 frigs presence in A2, making in "Defenders/owners of Querious" again, and tell us to leave???? Dudes, we did the most work in defending querious the last time.
And about the station: We took it back from CA and we never took it from BA. Even if there where thoughts of doing that, but those were never done by our directors and nothing, again: NOTHING has been decided.
Its a funny thing. A FA corp want to fight a neutral corp in CFS Area. Hmmm...
And again the evil bastard HeadHunta (i am in ur eyes ) says: Thats my personal opinion.
You want to know why i dont like BA? K, because there have been many times we i fought CA while u were sitting at safespots. I asked for help in local, no response. Lost 2 BS¦s vs CA that way.
And to the station issue i can again speak only for me (have to say that in every 2. sentence because BA might think i lead ASCI):
CA wants no FA corps in Querious for known reasons. They attacked stations many times, we took it back. And as far as i know our BoD was in talks with u all time about the station in 3bk. My latest info was (before the war thingy): That BA wanted to give us the station.
Now you declare war on us. Well, strange thing.
I am not afraid of BA who said: "We have some of the best pvp players arround EVE". Well, maybe CA saw em, i never did. If you want war, i am ok with it. But things could have been solved without war.
I appologize officially for some statements i made in different channels, may some have been a bit to rude. But i dont not appollogize for this one!

This in my personal opinion is bad for the whole of Querious Region. Im only a "residant" of Querious region, with asci gone will make the whole region alot harder to defend from the constant CA attacks and pirate incursions, though CA seems to have quieted down atm.
I do not want ASCI to leave, this helps no one but enemys of querious.......

they changed hands all the time when CA came why dont you just sort out 1 station each and put all your player owned structures around it
I see refining structures & research I reckon the cloning faciliity might be the best station to have anyway but hell more pvp training for pilots cant be too bad a thing and war is always good for isk

No mate, BA saying it - or should i say an ASCI member saying that BA said it. Which is believable considering the fact that they were allies and as such would do a lot of talking. It's ok im not gonna lose any sleep if its true or not, i know how wanting BA are in the pvp department anyways.
I'm not thick though, it's all a trick!
