Since this thread has some attention, can we also be able to rename and view the fittings of ships in our hangars without having to get into them and incur the session timer?
Just mentioning it...

You can do this out of game with one of several asset managers that pulls the data via api.

Contract icons: A contract with a single ship plus modules should use the ship icon.
This will make alliance's pre-fitted ship contracts easier to sort through.

Can't believe I haven't seen these on the list yet.
-The ability to set market sell orders for alliance or corp only. -The ability to adjust prices automatically based on standing (personal for personal orders, corp for corp orders) towards a corp/alliance (e.g. they get a configurable % per point of standing discount/markup) -------------------

Would it be possible for the interface to recognize which orders are your own and highlight those in a different color in the market details display?
Also, why can't I export the price history table to excel? Or just highlight the table and copy and paste it in? That would allow for some nice numbercrunching.

when you open the contract, the station where the item is(or to be moved) is colored yellow. color it red if the station is player owned.
add a warning to the contract if the courier route goes through low sec or 00 systems just like theres a warning at courier missions.
When editing market order do not fill the .00 if there is no below 1 isk value. If you set the price without 0.01 isk you usually wanna change the price with larger numbers and have to erase multiple times before changing the value.
Introduce batch job modify order that pop ups modify field and item description of all items you selected from your 'my orders' list. You choose the orders by shift/ctrl clicking orders and then right clicking them and choose 'modify orderS'. new modify entry would pop up after each 'OK' button click in the modify order window.

/signed. This idea helps not only the contractor, but also the Client (person who created the courier contract) so that noob courier contractors dont lose your packages in low sec gate camps.
- A way to know before you complete a courier contract that your items are under a certain m3. I hate when I try to make a courier and find out at the very end of the contract creation screen its too large (over 120,000 m3) and then i have to back up and try again... only to find its still too large.

Any member of the corp with appropriate roles and skills should be able to modify any corporate buy/sell order - not just the person who originally put up the order.
Using pos modules to manufacture should be able to work out of a corp hangar array or have a big shared storage option or something like that so we don't have to keep fiddling around with where stuff is. i.e. let us tick a "share storage" option in the assembly arrays and have them have one big shared hangar. Even better would be to be able to build stuff in/from a station using the POS modules without having to haul at all! That might be a bit too good tho.
Certain jobs (especially invention) involves the same 20 clicks for each job and then doing 10 or more in a row. Let us set up a job and then perform the same job X number of times on all the stuff in the hangar.
That's the main ones for now :)

This is why i had to stop inventing as a profession. All that clicking gave me carpel tunnel j/k.

Instead of showing Max. Manufacturing jobs and Max. industry jobs at the S&I window bottom bar, have it show 'current amount of jobs/maximum jobs'. Also show the info on the 'jobs' tab.
show info of buy orders and sell orders on the bottom bar of market window. currently it only shows one value combined of buy and sell orders.
With dominion coming, add range option 'where you have sovereignity' to market orders. On the market window it could show the alliance ticker as the range(where 'region' '10 jumps'... etc are currently)

We're making some small fixes to courier contracts based on your feedback including the following: * Higher maximum volume of 981,250 m^3. * Numbers in contract creation fields become selected when the field gets focus so you don't have to press backspace three times when replacing that '0.0'. * The text fields no longer share a "drop down memory" which was reported on this thread. * Expiration and 'days to complete' fields remember last settings. * Other minor usability tweaks.
This is on Sisi or making its way there.

We have contracts for this. The market is already highly optimised for what it does and adding this functionality would slow it down considerably (you'd have to check and calculate the restrictions / bonuses on every order to work out which was cheapest when matching). The idea was proposed at a CSM meeting some time ago and thrown out by the designers on these grounds. --- 34.4:1 mineral compression ISRC Racing, Season 7 - schedule |

I like very much that one - its something i wish for long time.
Other neat thing we cant do right now but will help a lot is modify the quantity of a buy or sell order. On T3 stuff i try to maintain 3 of the same item on market so each time i look and there less then 3, i cancel the order and redo a new one. doh! far easier if you can modify the quantity. Same problem when a friend or a corpy want a ship (or else) and mine are all on market. Currently i either buy one from myself or cancel and redo the order. Once again, modifying quantity will be neat.
