I was on lastnight before downtime and there was no lag at all. But now this morning when i downloaded the new patch i am laging really bad. The market will take me 2 - 4 mins just to open. Undocking, Jumping gates, open Char sheet, loading items in to cargo, Etc they all lag BAD NOW!!!!!.
I know this was the patch, I was not laging at all before this patch. I am located in Australia so we do have slow net but not that slow

EDIT: PS. the eve website is VERY SLOW TOO.

United States here. Also getting terrible lag. Website is also very slow.

Updating this, and ninja bumping it. In its current state the game is completely unplayable for me.
Lags on authentication.
Character select lags.
I sit on a black screen for 2 to 5 minutes before I enter the game.
It takes anywhere from 45 seconds to 2 minutes to load grid after jumping.
Modules lag.
Warp lag.
Map/Assets/Market lags for over 2 minutes.
Chat lags.
I've patched the game to both my hard drives--1 Vista 64 and one XP 32 bit. No difference.
Any update on what could be the cause of this would be great. I'm super paranoid that CCP has changed the ports used for packet transfers, or has somehow altered their packets. This is a problem for me, since I live in family student housing on a university. Meaning I've got certain ports blocked, and I've got to deal with Packeteer... which has made some MMOs unplayable for me, e.g. Pirates of the Burning Sea.
If this IS the issue, CCP, please let us know. Its a pain in the ass to get ports unblocked, and their is nothing I can do about Packeteer (CCP needs to get their packets unblocked with them in this case). Regardless, the sooner we have this information, if it is the cause, the sooner I can get on with trying to get the resnet people to unblock ports... which can take weeks.
