yep, every time theres an expansion, the first few months are filled with ever-increasing whines , please, and demands to make things easier and less costly, in terms of both time and personal loss.
Seems to reach a cresendo right after the fist big patch after the expension, and voila ! here we are!!
first p[age of the forums are filled with bleating sheep, and most of the other forum topics mirror this as well.
So , on behalf of those in EVE that suck it up, learn to adapt and love this game...........
GET OUT  .

I evolved ahead of the curve though... FOTM pops up and people start whining I go do something else.

Whether the OP agrees or disagrees with the opinions expressed here we as paying customers of a service have every right to voice those opinions in a public medium provided by the game's developers for that purpose.
When the OP pays my monthly sub fees or marries me he can tell me what to do. Until then I suggest he take his own advice and suck it up. You don't like free speech? Adapt or GTFO. |

hate to be "that guy" but free speech is not an issue. by that i mean, this is not a government based website or even public property. as such, ccp can determine what can and cannot be said on the forums. thus them locking, editing, clearing, and closing posts or threads. now they are generous in letting us whine or praise them. but even as you tout free speech, you tell him to gtfo, buuuuuut he too should be allowed to voice his opinion of being sick of whiners.
in other words, allow him to speak his mind, stop being hypocrites, and find something new to whine about. i'm sure you can. try lag, there are always complaints about lag. or even better yet, how your enemies BS does more damage to your cruiser :( boo hoo.
