I will pay 2 million isk to any number of characters who can copy the following CSM advertisement into there character sheet's bio and leave it there for a month. I'll pay now, up front; just drop me an eve mail and I'll send back the ISK.

Chip Mintago is the candidate who will:
* Get action on CCP's promise to provide opportunities for solo and small group PvP. Opportunities for them to fight it out with each other, instead of getting swamped by giant blob fleets.
* Give feedback to the players. Chip will write reports, published here and on the Eve Online forums, of all his activities on the Council. He will be happy to discuss those activities and answer any questions about them in person anytime he is online.
