Seems like i have been doing missions for LV1 Agents for several days now, probably 50 or so missions. How long before I can use a LV2 Agent ?
Also, is there a way se what my standing is with Agents or is it the same as my security status ?

Character Sheet > Standings > Liked By
will list all the factions/corporations/agents that like you and their standings towards you.

different agents will reqier you to have a different standing with either the faction/corp/personal. to find out what each agent wants, bring up their info sheet, then click on the agent info tab and at teh bottom under compatibility it will tell you what you need.
to see what you HAVE, click on the standings tab then on the relationship subtab :)

ok heres another one then.
when i start seeing the same missions being given out, will i still get the standing increase for doing it a second time ?

Yup, you will get a standing increase for doing the same mission, over, and over and over again......

You should definately consider beefing up your social skills, too. They help a lot in gaining standing with the agents.
empathy
social
connections
negotiation
would be a good order to get started
