Every downtime, POS guns are being fully repaired and returned to their previous online status.
IE: If guns are incapacitated (and watched) right up until downtime, they will remain incapacitated. When the player logs in at the first available opportunity to log in (whether it is 12:00 or before [early server startup]) all the guns that were previously incapacitated are fully repaired and the guns that were online during the last downtime cycle are online again.
Cruise Missile Batteries keep firing even when incapacitated
It doesn't matter whether you warp everything off and let your aggro flags wear off, when you come back to the tower, incapacitated cruise batteries that were online will lock onto you and start firing at you again.
Hopefully we can get fixes for these, like, *really soon* CCP? ---

You have not stated that you have filed a bug report about this. You should do that imo instead of relying on CCP reading the forums.

I haven't yet filed a bug report as I am experiencing connection issues that prevent me from doing so.
As soon as I'm able to get around those issues I may be able to; but until such a time as I can, the forums are the best means I am able to use besides petitioning it (which I have done also), to bring this to their attention. ---

we repped the guns every day and at DT they would be incapped again.
our refinery wouldnt unanchor or even offline.
i petitioned it but no responce in many days now.
all the fuel wasted keeping it online :(

Edited by: Arkady Sadik on 18/04/2009 12:44:59 Last time we reinforced a tower, a number of cpu using modules were back online the next day (post-DT, but we didn't check right after DT), while the tower was in reinforced. I petitioned and bug reported this (BR 76801), included the location of the POS in the BR, and as much information about it as I could. The BR was "filtered" on the next day as "unreproducable". I'm not sure how "fly to system X, planet Y, moon Z and LOOK AT IT" can be classified as "unreproducable", but what can you do.
When the POS came out of reinforced later that day, we took out the scrambler again, but that didn't quite stop it from warp scrambling anyone - an "incapacitated" warp scrambling battery kept on scrambling, and two neut batteries kept on neuting us, all on a tower that just came out of reinforced. After we killed the tower, said modules kept on working, without a tower.
We then wanted to nick the haunted modules, so we repped them up from incap. When they hit 100% armor, they turned straight to "online" - without any tower - and were still not takeable.
The petition came back a week later telling me that it's great that we bugreported it, it will get investigated. When I replied that it was filtered for being "unreproducable", I was told that I should just bug report again if it happens again.
Fun stuff. :-)
