If you use heavy pulse lasers use at least 2 damage mods.
Your fit lacks dps, if ridiculous expensive, and will die to most other BCs.

I would never fly a Harbinger without fitting at least one Heat Sink. All the resists are nice, but really it's just gonna cost you dearly. For a Harbinger, I'd go more gank than tank. Use plates to create a larger HP-buffer (consider trimarks for rigs), you NOS will not get you cap enough to support two reps anyway.
The Harbinger is ok for solo work, but I would probably save at least one mid-slot for Trancking Disrupter in that case. I won't discourage you from doing solo-work, but just say: It's so much more fun as a smaller team.
Btw make sure you add 3-5% hardwirings for your turrets tracking/damage. It's worth it with a ganky Harbinger.

Use 3 heat sinks and let the ship do what it was amde for, crushing dps :).
NO faction stuff tho! To expencive. :S

The gank version is a monster but not hugely durable. I dunno if that's good or bad in a solo boat. Seems more appropriate to a gang setting where you have maybe some e-war to help keep you alive.
