Fixes that should be made to contracts:
- Add the cents back to the amounts. This should solve alot of the more recent scams where the contract is priced 3 digits higher as normal.
- Localize amounts or make it configurable, so that commas and points get swapped according to the player's country. This way amounts get represented in a more familiar format to the player.
- Add an order of magnitude number next to the cost, the offered money or the quantity. This will give the player a clear indication of how big the contract is.
For instance a contract of 499,999,999 ISK would get 8 while a contract of 499,999 ISK would get 5.

can't you do this via prefs.ini? Not sure about that...

Isn't this a wallet setting?

Learn to read numbers in other countr's formats. You will be more intelligent because of it.

Not needed if you take 2 seconds to read what you are buying. And stop making new threads covering the same anti-scam topics. There have been like 20 threads this week with the same idea.

Yes, and it applies to the wallet, but not to contracts. Hence the suggested fix.

Localizing amounts quite standard and CCP already localizes parts of the client.
It has nothing to do with "getting more intelligent", it simply increases usability.

In that case, it seems it's really needed. I usually don't make these threads myself either, yet I felt compelled to make one now as it's getting rather bad lately.

can't you do this via prefs.ini? Not sure about that...
I just checked it out and you are correct. They can be set there! 
However, it should be included as an option or setting ingame in the language tab of the options screen.
