seriusly that is just crap.. i mean you are not realy suposed to be able to get away with ore thieving in empire space... it is ment to criminal flag you so one can blast your ship.. so you chan chare another ore thief's fate.. join your thieving brothers on the other side

Maybe it is annoying, but would you rather the jetcan mining exploit was removed instead? That would be far more annoying.
Really want to get your revenge on an ore thief? Use a secure can and put him out of business.
It's not like you have no options, and ore thieves couldn't do their jobs without the help of the people who complain about them.
