Mining becomes actual gameplay. All the high sec "bully pvpers" get to HTFU out side of high sec... in fact everyone gets to HTFU. Is there any negatives? 
Just remain the same until goons can't afford for any ships.

I think my ideas are solid and address all the common issues we see mentioned on these forums:
Suicide ganking fixed: done
High Sec bots fixed: done
Buff miners: done, enjoy
No shoosting in high sec: done
Nerf high sec, done
Name calling high sec "griefers", check.
I should have thought off this before CSM elections  |
