As an Ex-FA member, FA has one of the best strategic place avail in game. They are far enough from empire that if invading forces want to come, they got to make the jumps to YZ.
At same time, I seen someone talking about CFS space. I rem when I was FA and the reason the council gave us was to protect the backdoor. Not something we were use to since we had 2 ways in, hophib and thru syndicate. Then the backdoors came and opened the y-2an0 gate and FA got worried.
FA will always be rich due to the fact of XAN and BIG, even though I left and fought them. They do have their **** together no matter what Aneu says. They have grown up from when I defended fountain during the m0o wars and everyone in game always learns to adapt. The blobbing thing isnt just FA, all alliances do it and it is the way game mechanics play atm.
Now with shiva, things might change, you might see 2 alliances form with each other. To me that would be SA/FA cause SA will have major probs with CA next door.
Just my opinion as a drunkerd.
And anything that needs to be said to me can be forwarded to my attorney-at-law - Viceroy.

The mutual benefit is FA territory is open and friends can mine what they want safely. They have forged a strong bubble of alliances and it takes leadership and diplomacy to do that. pure talent.

PVP comes with practice and experience of other players. Basically if everyone started attacking FA they would soon adapt like the CA have and the SA have, who now are mostly respectably good at pvp.
You can only really speculate at how rich fountain is, but with Xan controlling alot of tech 2 goods and other corps like BIG etc raking in the money I suspect there money pot is rather large.
On a hole you have to say fountain have always done well to keep there "good" guy imagine up which has made life pretty easy for them. Even with shiva on the way, if FA decide to put alot of POS up I know i'll be going up there to shoot it.

Ive no idea where you were but in all battles xanadu pilots were present.... About flying through FA space at will, i suppose you mean d4ku. Yes we allow ppl to use d4ku from time to time at free will. Maybe the distance of 18 jumps to the next station (yz) and the close range to empire (1 jump) make it abit tiresom to move down there to see the enemy hide in aridia.
As much as your hatethreads are admired and your good work might find one day a few deluded supporters. Please try to mix atleast a few simple facts into it.

I love the schizophrenic CA position that CA are teh ebilest evar!! anytime someone questions their power, but FA are the evil overlords of EVE and everyone else are heroic underdogs with CA as Robin Hood when they happen to be talking to CFS/DSMA/STAR and the like.

however in terms of finance fa are certanly top of the list, but as many people know a lot of those assets were obtained through dishonourable means
