Simple fix:
Add a word filter to the text people type on local:
If ( LocateString( Text.Local , 'www.eve-isk' ) == True ) {
Text.Local = '';
} Else {
SendText( Text.Local );
}
As you can see, this is super easy to implement. They can change text, they can add spaces or not, but some keywords never change, like the domain.
This is what i allways get in local, been spammed like mad.

or even better. since this guys travel from system to system and only copy/past in local a fixed text, why not create a hash for the text the trial accounts type on local?
if the same text (text with same hash) is pasted more than 3 times in a row, autoblock, but without him knowing he's blocked so, they waste time doing it for nothing

improving on the hash idea, you dont even need to count to 3 to block.
they past into local something
on 2nd time, if the hash of this text is same as previous, block. done.
(if trial account ofc)
isk seller login in a trial account.
past some text to local. Before the text is sent by client to the server, a hash is calculated. text is sent to server and hash stored somewhere (client or server side?)
few seconds go by and isk seller past some more in local before this text is sent to server, client calculate this new text hash.
if hash equals previous text hash, client show's the text on local on the isk seller client, BUT, does not sent it to server. No one else get's spam, no extra lag on server side, and isk seller is happy spamming ... himself.

The problem of this spam is who donŠt read the rules, can make a buy and after that it will be punish. And this is bad for the player.
One think is the spam in websites where CCP canŠt control but in game, must be control.

Good idea. Maybe it could be expanded to somehow include scammers

Seems quite easy to implement and would save a lot of trouble. Isk sellers are so spammy recently... And adding 10 people to blocked list per day sometimes is irritating.

Funny that you sign a thing like this, when you're a scamspammer yourself! Moral is great, doublemoral is divine!
