Siig is a slightly hyperactive dude who's corp is sometimes in Gallente militia and frequently flies obscenely expensive ships. If you think the T3 is bad you should check his Sin lossmail.

Siigari Kitawa's favorite strategy:
1) Buy lots of GTCs. Not one, not two, we're talking several hundred dollars worth.
2) Buy an expensive ship with tons of faction/officer mods, preferably way out of proportion to the hull cost (for example, a 500 million ISK faction frigate). Make sure there's no real point, the setup should be mediocre, but with OMG OFFICER MODS.
3) Post a "can you help me with my setup?" thread that is obviously just an excuse to brag about your expensive new toy to anyone who doesn't know about your GTC habit.
4) Lose your new ship within a week, preferably in some stupid way that anyone with a little common sense would have avoided.
5) Spam the forums with your alts about how "at least I risk my ships" and "you're all just jealous of my RL cash!!!!" while everyone just laughs at you.
Repeat as often as possible.
Other highlights of his career include losing a 500 mil faction frigate to a Drake (after I had to work to persuade him that yes, T2 guns are better than faction even though they aren't as expensive), and buying and losing the first two T3 crusiers within a week, at an estimated RL cost of over $1000.

Uhm I got to admit I only fly Revelation, so I am not very used to engaging sub-caps, even less solo sieged in low sec.. but my limited experience with the Moros have been the sniping-Moros-with-tacklers (ancient history now I guess, pre HIC, at least 1,5 years ago it happened here and there in low sec pipes). They never sieged. Why use it over the Domi? HP mainly.
People got alot higher dps, and caps are not the wtfpwnmobiles they were then but.. sieging it? Seriously? Even in docking games? Solo? Seems like asking for a gank. How about investing those isk in a slave set and use a Domi instead..

a shame i dont have the logs anymore but he was going on about not being able to dock as he was RR'ing his alt in a bs (that one we did get a mail of  )

moros gets 50% per level of dread bonus to drone damage, domi gets 10% per level
one moros with one set of drones out does more damage than two domis
also they're really big, have stupid tanks, and you can siege in a pinch if you need to tank some stuff. also you can use them as a mini jf, you can get about 50k cargo out of one with a full rack of expanders
which is not to say a carrier wouldn't be better for that purpose, but still, there are lots of reasons to use a moros over a domi
personally i would use a carrier for docking games over a moros but that's just me

The funny thing is, this is what I thought. Before I made my previous post I checked it, just to be sure, and for some reason I read 10% and went "well wtf, maybe they changed it". Looked it up again and yah, it's definately 50%.
I know that's one reason you could see those pirate sniping Moros' in lowsec then at least, had a corpmate that planned to do exactly that. Needed a web on your target but then you'd instapop most things.
Either case that's offtopic.. just puzzled why the hell I read 10%. It's not even past midnight and I woke up after lunchtime so can't blame sleepy eyes or alcohol. 
At the end of the day I'm still curious why the hell someone would want to siege it, but I dunno. I know cap reppers are quite weak outside siege (most my cap skills lv4-5, cap repper 5 is in training), but I would much rather go with a dock/undock over a siege. Sitting duck for 10mins just calls for hotdrop, and docking game is a 100% certainty people know you are there.
Yah, I'd much rather use a carrier for something like that.

wtf @ $1000. How much do you think tech 3 cruisers cost?
If I were to do the math for you because apparently you are incapable:
$1000 / $35.99 = ~28 GTCs. That means approximately 16.8 billion isk worth of GTCs.

Merin you have a distorted perception of reality if you think anyone is insane enough to waste that kind of money on a ship which I fully intended on losing the moment I undocked for the first time. (Story is actually, I undocked in highsec, way down in Amarr space, then ran the highsec gauntlet with PERMABLINK all the way to Old Man Star. And omg what a rush, I nearly burst a major artery dodging a few interceptors.)
At any rate, this thread is both silly and fun to read. I love the part about the hyperactive dude who some days is in faction warfare and some days not, that made me laugh :) If any of you have ever heard me on vent, I'm fairly loud ;3
