Must have!
*Exhumers 5
*All T2 Crystals
*Refining and Building skilsl to 5
*Good drone skills ( mining drone 5 is needed also )
*Pos gunner would be great
*Must fly a Freighter and Transport Ship ( jump Freighter will bee bonus )
*Rorqual skills would be great + Orca ( mining bonus )
*Good engineering skills
*Good Science ( invention , RnD Agents )

PS!. Dont offer chars that have like 10mil sp and most of points in my list missing.

all that you wont ( you can train minning drones for few days) + maxs prober,max cap navigation, dread rdy,carrier rdy and a little more.

Bothius has just about everything you are asking for. Missing a couple of the T2 mining crystals and he does not have very good engineering skills. Otherwise he has what you require and even most of what you desire.
He can fly an Orca (Mining director V)and he just needs the industrial capital ship skill to get in the Rorqual, JC 4 is trained. Though he needs his engineering skills beefed up to run a cap shield booster. Not eager to sell him by any means, but if the price is right would be willing. Let me know.
