It was a lovely Saturday afternoon on Teonusude, and Aetes, Denna Black and Storm Goddess were out on the town, looking for a good time. They decided to troll the ice belt, and try to get a few laughs.
Low and behold! Mining Barges everywhere! Literally minutes of blissful joy ensue, as the three played Space Pong, bumping barges off their secure cans. For some reason or other, Aetes had to dock up and leave. This is where the real fun occurs.
Storm Goddess spies a Hulk and Orca near the top of the belt from Snake Eyes Inc [SNAK].The Orca was piloted by Rawringdragon. He thought that he was being a nice guy by remote shield repping anyone that came within range.
After Denna saw this, an idea came along... Getting Storm Goddess to tactically remove the shields from Denna's Arbitrator, Denna locked onto Rawringdragon's corp mate in his Hulk. Once Denna's shields started to regenerate with the assistance of the Orca's remote shield repper, Denna ordered drones to attack the Hulk.
Bedlam reigns! Instantly an elite force of CONCORD arrived to halt the criminal actions of Denna Black! Unfortunately for our attempted savior Rawringdragon, CONCORD Officials did not aggree with his assisting in a criminal action, and proceeded to destroy his Orca. But not before Storm Goddess got a shot off, to claim the killmail on behalf of Relentless Storm Cartel.
The moral of the story.... There are stupid people born every minute :D

I just set up a new rotating sig today with a handful of new ones. Still trying to iron out some of the other new ones I've been working on.

just imagine : a short duel before he repaired and you get kill rights 
But , yeah , concord is safer ... orcas have drones

Okay. I won't bite. Just wondering (in my lack of smarts) how I was supposed to get killrights on him? He was trying to repair me, not shoot me. I just didn't understand your post, is all.

that's pretty damn funny.
in case the story is confusing, the critical fact here is that repping someone who is being shot by concord makes you subject to concord's fire.
so, party A attained the remote reps of Party B (in the orca). Party A commits a crime by attacking a 3rd party (party C, in a hulk). Party B, because he is still repping Party A, is viewed by concord as assisting party A and is therefore shot.
The other case, being put forth by this person, is the following (and may work, I haven't tried it):
Parties D and E are in the same corp. Party D and E playfully spar in space, like happy puppy dogs, they are allowed to wrestle and tumble without concord intervention. Party E gains the remote reps of Party F (an out of corp person). Party D, because he is shooting E (who is repped by F), suddenly gains 15 minutes within which to shoot party F. Pewpew.
However, solo'ing an orca could prove problematic in highsec in anything less than a neut battleship set up specifically for the purpose.

thank you all... this was just epic win :) we just truly never thought he would do it ... surely a smart person would never have repped when 2 people from the same corp had him locked :D if it were me i woulda been to suspicious :D

Not using Internet Explorer, having my security software + browser up to date helps. If things were really bad then we would never go to other corps killboards, eve fansites etc.

the easy vertion of how this happened, for the hard of thinking.
if you assist an outlaw you become an outlaw, arbi shooting hulk makes him an outlaw, orca repping the arbi outlaw becomes an outlaw also. concordoooooken
I used to back in the day when I was a nooblar. join carebear gangs doing missions in motsu etc... in a cheep t1 fitted rigged caracal and do the same to missioners. scoot phat lootz with ma hauler alt.
tears were almost gauranteed.

According to the thread about noob solutions to ganking, manipulating CONCORD for your own use is an exploit.
As with any other exploit, of course, the fact is, unless they catch you at it, you're not likely to suffer any consequences.

Thats funny, I asked a GM about the very same thing, was told yes its an exploit, and then 10 min later got a 2nd reply sayin sorry he was wrong, it was not currently an exploit, so you might want to ask the GM again, I have been doing it for a while now, with no CCP comming down on me.
Keep in mind, I get petitioned fairly often for being a greifer and a cheat as some people say :)
