I've known both Umokka and Frarn to be laggy sometimes, but they don't have optimal agents anyway

Umokka, Ruvas, Kaekala aren't too bad. I only had 1 ninja salvager in like the last 1 1/2 month running from Umokka. Agent quality pretty meh though.

Penirgman is an important mission hub in Amarr empire but not sure if it's 'overcrowded' since I haven't ran missions there in the last four or five months. Back then at peak times local was at around 200 so today it might be on the verge of overcrowding.

penirgman, is a secondary trade hub not a mission hub. Its mainly used for production due to its close (3 jumps) proximity to amarr, and around 12 jumps from Jita.

WTS clue. You need to have a second look at what goes on there (how much traffic the Ministry of Internal Order station gets).
Penirgman is also a subtradehub, with Amarr being the main domain tradehub, but that is not all penirgman is.
It is THE domain manufacturing hub, hosting 20 stations representing at least 3 factions.
And a significant amarr empire mission hub, if for no other reason than all the combat L4 Amarr Navy agents are in lowsec.

It would be nice if CCP could spawn a a new lvl 4 agent for each race to reduce lag in certain systems (Would create a new trade hub too)

While not a mission hub I avoid Mani like the plague.
Crammed full of bottom feeding tards ninja salvaging and can flipping, basically doing the most risk free activities eve has to offer while calling other people "carebears".

Congratulations you f****** zorrabed now ,this is how irjunen f***** while iwas missioning one person who cant STFU send name now it has 180-200ppl in local now (it was 50-60 while i was missioning there ).
