After reading thro' the Shiva pages, I see there is no mention of any Advanced Learning skills or Boosters.
Would it be at all possible for someone upon high (i.e. a Dev) to either confirm or deny the future implementation of these Learning aids.
Also, would it be possible to say if there will be another clone implemented which will cover over 19.2 million skill points as the current clone is not sufficient for some people as it is. And this will be the case for a lot more people by the time Shiva arrives.
I believe that I am not the only one who wants to know the answers to these questions and I understand that these questions have been asked many times before. But as of yet I have not seen any official response (please correct me if i'm wrong).

they need to sort clones out asap, when shiva lands i will be at around 19mil points, and i know a few people who are currently about a mil more than me

You raise valid points that CCP should have addressed a long time ago... The clone issue is an important one, and boosters will be the biggest thing to ever hit the market when they actually arrive.

I'd also like to hear an official response regarding 'advanced learning skills'. Are they going to be introduced and when would that happen? And 'soon' is not an answer  . New T2 ships and T2 gunnery skills need a lot of training. If 'advanced learning skills' or boosters aren't introduced this year, then its quicker for relative new players to make new character with better attributes.

The last CSM says Advanced Learning Skills and better implants will be in Shiva... boosters not for a while.

I dont see any of the adv. learning skills up at market where ppl write how much they wanna pay for them.........so that you can see them
but biology-skill which solely affects boosters is allready getting bids

the CSM said the level 4 agents and dungeons would reward/drop the learning skills, Boosters sadly will be post Shiva
