I don't think you fly the sacrilege because you obviously don't understand what a poor ship it really is, all it has is a good tank compared to other HACs and even then its not great you either have dual rep and no buffer or you plate it up and then it just aggravates the other issue it has which is its horrible agility (hint some BCs are more agile and accelerate faster than a non plated sac) and while its straight line speed is higher than a Cerbs its probably never going to reach its top speed.
The sacs the damage is also poor compared to either the HML or HAM Cerb unless you fit damage mods and then that awesome tank goes out the window and using HAMs on a ship that due its sluggishness means you will probably end up being webbed and scrammed and soon to be dead.
Finally the "paper thin" Cerb can fit a good buffer with more EHP than HACs like Zealot whilst still fitting a full spread of damage mods and not decreasing its speed and agility the way plated HACs must. -

Um, HAMDrake >> Hurricane, both in terms of DPS, EHP, versatility, ranger, etc. The Harby can give it a run for its money, but it's not a really good run.
Speed, ability to keep your targets at range, and manueverability?
HAM drake does 600+ DPS with 20km Missile range and has 16k shields with all resists around 60% (some a little higher others a little lower) and this is with a point and a web, it is also considerably faster than plated and/or armour rigged battle cruisers as it does nearly 1.1k/sec (Before heat) with only the Minmatar BCs actually being faster, while the Drake has trouble reaching the 700-800dps range like full gank Harbs or Brutix they cannot match its very high buffer and DPS blend as those fits don't have much in the way of tank. -
