hey guys, i joined eve back in dec08  not knowin i came over from a game which incouraged that you purchase game credits well when buying my first time code i also bought some eve isk  without knowing it was against the rules  so a few weeks ago eve got in touch to say i had broken the rules and took the isk off me. i understand so i have been trying to work on a new char  but its not going well for me and i relly want my old one back but because hes nearly 1bil in the red since eve took the isk off me i cannot trade or mission run due to a non upgraded clone which i cannot upgrade due to no isk . also i am trying life with my new char but will be years before i make 1bil to put me in the clear . ive spoken to eve and they wont even transfer dept to my atl for me to run my lvl 4s with my main and make isk back in no time  so feel free to hurl abuse at me for asking lol but im askin for everyone that can to give whatever bits they can to get me back in the game thanks and mabey one day i can return a favour

i need to clear out my assets in OURS III and whatever i dont need ill be happy to give to you, ill be on later tonight... nothing big just small things tech 1 and maybe tech 2 things that i cant use.. ttyl

buy some game time cards with your alt and then transfer the isk to the character in debt, problem solved.

hmm you been play for 5 months. and you can make a bil easy running level 4s. but you say it will take you years to make 1b with a new char.

you can run missions, npc dont pod so your safe. as long as you are in high sec you should have no problem running combat missions that does not require collateral, just skip those.

yeah wiskey will be in touch with jhon rambo a little later, and brut yeah i have no drake left i lost it the day my isk was taken and as a result i also need a new clone if i venture out of station now and i die i lose sp, also i cannot contract any items to or frrom the char nor can he use the market

This guy also has 2 other threads asking for a 1 mil hulk and someone to let him put up his POS stuff, LOL THIS IS A SCAM!!!

you can't accept a mission with 0 isk, they do take a isk amount to start them :P
but buy gtc's and sell them for isk, it's legal to buy isk if you buy it from ccp :P

dude EVERYTHING where some one ask to GET something for free is a scam.. or if they ask for help of any kind etc.. that's eve 2009 :P

To confirm the effects of a negative isk character, they include:
* Inability to run agent missions with collateral.
* Inability to trade.
* Inability to use contracts.
* Anything involving having to pay for the service is unavailable.
I myself never been in the red so i can't personally confirm this statement from CCP Mitnal, but i would have to go by his word :)
