Ok here is the thing, i have come back to eve after a 3 year break and started from fresh.
I have been doing the usual grinding of missions and have around 600k in skill points mainly focusing on Missiles, Shields & Engineering.
I am getting an itchy trigger finger and want to have a mess around in low sec with some PvP, so have gone out and bought 5 of these mini missile silos
I am looking for a relatively cheap fit (no T2 mods or rigs) to have fun with.
Would use EFT but am currently at work and wanted to throw it out there to the more experienced masses.

not a missile fan but ...
1) use light missiles since rocket sucks
2) shield buffer should be better than SB
so i whould go something like:
high: 4x launchers ( named for cpu requirements)
med: ab/mwd, scrambler, medium shield extender ( best named)
low: dmg mods or fitting requirements ( for powercore the best are aux power controls)

Orbit at 35-40km, will die to drones though.

I have one but the point of the post was to find out other peoples ideas for fitting out the Kestrel.
