People lottery:
Have seen this done once and thought it was such a good Idea I will do it myself.
Although I will but some more reasonable winning chance on, since the last one was 1 in every 10k. (This was by dragging 100 and then having to hit 1 and then again 1 out of 100).
I will just do 10 out of 1000:
So letting a random runner run for each ticket I get and if it hits 10 you win a grand price from the list, which I will decide by another hit from 1-50 (which is the amount of mods/ships available for winning).
To be in the contest some of you know the drill:
Contract 1000 people to me: scientist, dancers,freedom fighters, marines, etc.
And get 1 ticket (999 people will be seen as a donation only 1 ticket for each 1k people contracted).
Then I will use a random generator to take a number out of 1000 if it is 10 or under you are a winner, and I will let it run from 1-50 and you can see the price in the list, will contract the price too you when drawn.
There will be a super price, if someone hits the 1.first price I will make a roll from 1 too 100, if 1 is hit the person will in addition to the first price also get the super price.
When you win the good prices please post it so others can see this is not a scam ^^

the region doesn't matter as long as it is highsec ^^

bump still, up and a actual lottery, no cheating, you actually win something when your lucky or buy enough tickets for it ^^
chances are 1/100 of winning one of the great gift (actually doing 10/1000 give you a higher properbillity if following the chaos teori, but well ^^)
