Titans/MS gain a bonus: 50% to capital rep amount per level (or be able to fit a 'supercapital rep').
Titan/MS hitpoints increased 400%
Titan/MS get 20% bonus to smartbomb range, damage.
Titan/MS gains immunity to (new) DD effects.
Clone Bay Clone bays reworked: - Pilot must leave a ship in the MS / Titan in order to place a clone there. - This ship would not be removable, would be visibly attached to the clone, and could only be got rid of by the MS/Titan pilot destroying both ship and clone or the pilot jumping to it. - Upon jumping to the clone the pilot would appear 5km off the titan / ms in the ship they have there.
This would allow true 'battlefield deployment'.
Titans Doomsday modules radically altered, losing all damage dealing potential.
New Cycle Time: 1 second It could be activated on autorepeat for as many cycles as the pilot wanted (and could afford CAP for). Once turned off/deactivated a 10minute cooldown would apply.
The Cap use would be roughly 5% of each race's titan's base + skills capacitor per cycle. Sustained use could be achieved with remote transfer (although difficult in the case of the Caldari / Amarr ones, see below!)
Upon activation of the DD, the Titan drops to 0m/s (similar to HIC module activation).
The weapons work like a 'tactical environment generator' with a fixed range (150km):
Amarr: NEUT: -3% cap per second. No cap recharge.
Caldari: JAM: strength 5 ecm burst per second.
Gallente: SCRAMBLE: Warp scramble
Minmatar: WEB: 100% web 50% target paint.
Motherships
Motherships gain a 300% bonus to capital remote modules.
Mothership remote ECM is altered.
Activation/Effect duration is now 60seconds (as opposed to burst)
Amarr: -80% Tracking and Turret Range
Caldari: ECM strength 20 duration 60 seconds
Minmatar: +100% Target Painter and ???? (suggestions?)
Gallente: -80% Sensor Strength and range
Cooldown is 20minutes

Also notice that these effects primarly are targetted at slow moving battleships/capitals as fast movers could simply fly out of range of the effect (exception: Minmatar titan).

Edited by: Kulmid on 29/04/2009 14:50:39 I think titans should lose their doomsday and be able to stack siege modules. It would give them 14x the damage of a dread and 4x the tank. Of course 1 can only be built in a constellation with sov 4, and only 1 for that constellation.

1005 web is abit too drastic. MAybe like 80%? OTherwise ragnaroks and dreads would be come ABSOLUTELY perfect combo. Even fighters coudl be killed by dreads....
I stil think Doomsdays shoudl be a focused weapon. With 1 target tha has a secodnary AREA effect aroudn where the targeted ship is... (might be these effects of yours or others.. )
Also stil think Titans shoudl be changed to be usable as massive battle machines. Shoudl use their awesome XL turrets. Maybe alongside yoru idea of new DD that needs titan to stay in field. So would say add to this new DD module the same bonuses from siege modules.... even further improved...

Good point re: web, but whats wrong with that being the use of the minmatar titan? Something a bit different. Kinda agree on the turrets etc. Maurader style bonus + seige.
