Tested this on 3 PC's with different video cards ( same manufacturer )
PC1- Nvidia Geforce 5600XT, Detonator 66.00 (had 61.77 installed too)
5 mining lasers on Thorax lighting in the belt ok, Start lasers on armageddon
reach 10 mining lasers lighting on all objects starts to flash.
PC2- Nvidia Geforce4 Ti4800, Detonator 61.77
5 mining lasers on Thorax lighting in the belt ok, Start lasers on armageddon
reach 10 mining lasers lighting on all objects starts to flash.
PC3- Nvidia Geforce3, Detonator 61.77
5 mining lasers on Thorax lighting in the belt ok, Start lasers on armageddon
reach 10 mining lasers lighting on all objects starts to flash.
You fixed the billboard rendering for newer nvidia drivers but broke the lighting for mining lasers

all lighting when mining on the astroids and ships flashes. very eratically. makes mining a bit of a headache
1280x1024 windowed
22bit with 8 bit stencil
32bit zbuffer - multisample disabled and Default interval.

Yeah, this literally gives me a headache and sore eyes with all the flashing going on..can't play eve when that happens
Mercs and general badass *****es. To be Pwned by the Soul Assasins is an honour.

CCP penalising Nvidia card users again...why o why can't they roll a patch out without busting things that were fine before. Thought these patches were regression tested?
Always manage to bugger something up. 
This is what happens when you RUSH something, relax, chill AND PROPERLY TEST FINGS FIRST!

Hello all,
I understand that Shiva is top priority at the moment and rightfully so as we all want the game to kepp offering us new things ,BUT, come on !!!
I cant even mine now without getting a headache. The flashing roids has to stop. There are many players out here that are experiencing this same problem. How about helping us with this then go back to the next upgrade so we could at the very least play the game !

Righty, I've found that the 53.03 drivers stop the roids flashing. Now only my apoc flashes and its not so bad
So you could try that as a temp workaround, tho for anyone with a newer nvidia card than mine (Ti4600) you could find that it doesnt support your card
