So doing any action based on this is not logical and in most cases even legal unless you manage link IP 100% with person (RIAA and others got "burned" in court by this several times). Yes law about virtual property are weak or not in place at all yet, but as long as real money are involved there is still good chance it can make it to court. Its not that much difference if BOX game you bought stop working or your online account. In both cases responsible company have to abide law and must have VALID and well-founded reasons. Thats also why companies give you your money back or offer you something instead if they canceling service you paid for. I dont give damn if i can play mmo or not, but i realy hate being accused from something i didnt do and more then wiling fight back because of it.

Owner of AndyGandy and Stranger76 accounts, Andrey Belyaevskiy, Russian Federation. Seems to me that your account got hacked, and a person moved the character before the account got banned. Open a petition and see if you can get it sorted out. About the only thing I can reccomend, but you may never get your character back.
