I'm in the market for a character who has dedicated pvp skills without any capital skills trained. I can handle a small amount of waste in almost any direction, but I have no interest in Dreads / carriers etc.
FYI - Sec status and kill rights are not an issue to me.
I am aiming for someone around 40-55m sp's depending on the quality.
Max amount being paid is 13bill.

Lower than what you are looking for but little wastage.
Can fly all minmatar BS and lower with T2 fits, and i'm good at it.
I'm at -7.71 currently, and i have no kill rights on me.
Looking for some fun as my current owner doesn't have the time to take me out for pewpew anymore.

Minimal wastage, this char is trained for t2 khanid ships from day one.
Althou its only 20m sp.
