I think it's bl()()dy hilarious seeing the amount of locked and modded threads in General discussion... you cant talk about this, you cant talk about that...
Hehe how about GMs/ISDs put a nice little sticky up the top of the thread on what you CAN talk about lol, this would also cut the amount of threads down by an infinite amount because they would all just be replies to these well... 1 or 2 topics.
Oh wait, is this gonna get modded/locked because I mentioned GM/ISD? Will i get my thread locked if I start talking about the weather in RL?
Oh dear... what is the world coming to?
And as for banning people for putting forth an opinion, and then referring them to an in game petition... maybe they should just put a petition section in the forums?
Can I be a conspiracy theorist for a second? if you are not even allowed to talk about threads being modded/banned is this a giant cover up by ISD? "No, that never happened, so dont talk about it"...

Errr... that was constructive lol.
I think the problem lies not in what people originally post, but the "I must put in my 0.1 isk reply"... All these "bad boys" who have been playing for so long that have -10 sec status and own 0.0 ... Of course I'm generalising here but that is what it seems like to me, bit of the old "mine's bigger than yours" syndrome.

I try not to be too constructive, it ruins people's perception of me.
As for why the mods lock and kill so many posts - it's their job to. If you read through the forum rules, and see what they have to follow, you will see that they are doing exactly what is asked of them, and sometimes more (in a good way).
If you can't be bothered to read all those rules, then don't complain about people getting modded or banned due to the breakage of those rules. This is not a democracy, you do not have free speach. There are rules, follow them.
