is there anyway to get my skills to lvl 5 besides training them, by a GM or something so i can test out everything besides what i can with the skills that i have now....

Assuming you mean on sisi..
Be a bug hunter? Win a comp that the do from time to time? Sleep with a dev? Basically, not many way no.

I'm going to assume that you mean on .SISI and not on Tranquility. At the moment, there is no such way. Unless you become a bug hunter or work for CCP in some other way. There was an Armageddon day sometime back that CCP turned .SISI into a warzone and gave everybody every skill to V for a day of fun. I doubt that'll ever happen again, to. Here's to hoping!

Happened since.. While the T3 ships were in development everyone got the T3 skills to max for a few days.. I remember a bug comp that the prize was all your skills maxed on sisi.. Its only a test server, im sure if you asked the right person nicely you could get the ones you needed added until the next re-sync.

They're quite strict about the skills thing. Hell they wouldn't even spawn motherships for people who had the skills, gotta build'em. Gotta train yer skills n eat yer Cerial.

Once there was "Armageddon" (or i don't exectly remember the word) on Sisi... And everyone had all skills level 5 there and every system was 0.0 security. It was interesting experience. But only one day though. But if u became GM or otherwise recruited by CCP i think u'll get such tools. (Not sure about GMs i don't quite sure never interested) But there is one disadvantage u'll have too work a lot and maybe won't have time to test everything. If u want to try a lot of things alt is a good thing for u. After 2-4 years with 3-4 alts u'll be able to try almost everything, maybe besides Motherships and Titans. Mothership and Titans need an alliance and big efforts, so it's not easy to fly them, and they can't dock. (If u want to try something u'll need to dock to change ships.)
