I think I have a phoenix bpo coming out of the oven this week. It will be ME 3 PE 1. You need capital component bpo's as well?

I can deliver the Phoenix to any of those systems. Agil is the closest to me. Is 2.1 acceptable for the phoenix at 3/1?

I also have a Chimera Carrier BPO and an ORCA BPO that will both be out of research in 21 days for ME3 PE 1 if you want them. Dont know how far into capital ships you want to get :p
