Ive never used webber drones, so I'm wondering how they work.
Does using multiple webber drones work? Do they stack? Additive? Multiplicative? How well do they work with a regular webbing module? stacking nerf? |

Yes to all. They get stack penalties. The current web drones are heavies and totally useless, the smaller ones will web proportionately less and be even less useful save some specific situation. |

Not completely useless, IMHO. http://eve.battleclinic.com/loadout/58393-Machariel-Level-4-Blitzer-MWD-Web-EW-Drones-Minmatar-Space.html
I use 1xWebber (and 3xTP) heavy drones on my mission running MWD Mach in order to improve tracking. Combat drones are generally too slow, do limited damage compared to the Mach's guns, and aren't always needed since the Mach can kill frigates at range. The web/TP drones have a ~10km range so they apply their effects pretty quickly (especially when switching targets,) and really help when you're fighting at short range (~11km) in order minimize DPS loss to tracking. Plus, they're cheap to lose.
However, light and medium web drones do seem to be underwhelming.

Web drones are good for defensive webbing like slowing down frigates orbiting close so you can blast them. But yeah, generally I'd just blow such things up with small drones instead. |

I wonder if they wouldn't be helpful for say the ishkur, to use light webber drones to help tackle a faster kiter ship, so they can get into scram/module web range? |

Cumulative effects # drones - 5% 10% 20% 1 - 95% 90% 80% 2 - 91% 82% 66% 3 - 88% 77% 59% 4 - 87% 75% 55% 5 - 87% 74% 54%
An Ishkur with 5 light web drones would knock 13% off the target's speed.

ugh sucky. why does ccp implement crap that nobody would use? I MIGHT give it a try if 5 light webber drones did 20%. MIGHT is the operative word. |
