Hi there,
As the title says ^^
Im looking for a pilot dedicated to the Recon Role. My budget it 4 Billion Isk and I am looking for the following...
 Minimum of 15 Million SP
Has neccesary skills to use modules and drones effectively.
Positive Wallet
Neutral or Positive Standing

Just caught your post... I am about to start an auction for this character. You can check out his skills here:

I was going to put him up starting at 3b with a 5b buyout but I can let him go for 4. He does not yet fly the pilgrim/curse (would need 42 days for both) however he is a straight Amarr pvp spec.
Since your in the market for a pure Amarr pvp spec I thought I'd give you first dibbs. Reply here if interested, otherwise I'll just auction him off.
He comes with the following perks:
+ positive wallet
+ Full Set of +4's
+ PreSpec'd for high Precep and WP
+ Jump Clones
+ Great Learning Skills
+ 8.0+ standing with CPF (Corporate Police Force) including Agent: Eratsaka in Irjunen (arguably the best lvl 4 agent in the game)
+ Comes with the following Fully T2 Fitted Ships: AN Slicer, Maller, Omen, Harbringer, Geddon (T1 guns).
- I'll check on the respec but I am pretty sure its not available for 8 or so months.

Hi there, unfortunately I find that for the role im looking for your character is still quite away from being effective in the Recon Role.
42 to get into the ship + X days to use T2 modules (Cloaking etc)
