Ok well this has probably been posted several times... but is there anyway we can get some level 4 epic storylines? as it is the epic storylines are easy and are not worth the older players to try. I think epic storys are worth having and would be fun for some of us older mission runners.

CCP promised that there would be several Epic Arcs... Different levels in differnet regions and so on... But question remains. When they will be implemented...

CCP are big on talk, until you see it, don't expect it. CCP have been promissing to do new missions for the last 2 years. They still have T3 to finish implementing, they are going hard on walking in stations, EVEWiki is still being sorted etc... I'm not expecting to see new mission arcs within the next year.
I did see a new mission today "Humble Beginnings" on my L4 Q18 agent. This one is even worse than "Mining Misapropriation". All I get to do is kill one frig. How stupid is that. Just shows how much CCP care about mission runners. They (mission runners) still have not even been intergrated into 0.0 after all these years.

An epic arc isn't just a mission, it's Dozens of missions, all linked together. Don't expect them to throw them up by the handfulls, try the first arc to see how massive just one of these is. They take a long time to make.
The Atlanta office is working solely on writing epic arcs, IIRC, so we'll see many more of them in the future.

CCP has introduced quite a few new missions recently - they just foolishly segment them such that the carebear primary PvE consumers don't see them... which is dumb. See faction warfare agents/missions and L5 low sec/faction agents as examples.
Oh, and CCP, please don't waste your time with a L5 low-sec epic mission arc. Try developing PvE content toward the lion's share of your PvE consumers instead.
