Anyone can sign up for a free blog, it takes about 5 minuets to get yourself up and running. You get 100mb of upload space as standard, and even that can probably be extended by arrangement. I have made 7 eve online themes for it,including a theme for each of the four races and I have also installed a couple of other themes that I feel fit in well with eve. If you have a theme you really want then i'll be happy to install any theme you can find on the internet, and if you ask real nice I might even customise it for you. The only drawback with them on these themes is that you need to write at least 2 lines of text or they look a bit funny.
