If a ship cloaks, all active modules that modify attributes, such as ECM, will stop immediately and the icons showing the effect will disappear.
Two things:
1. Are there any active modules that don't modify attributes? 2. Change this to 'all targeted active modules' and you'll have it right. Recons keeping their targets effectively jammed while cloaked needed to be fixed, but killing a ships MWD the instant it cloaks will pretty much hand 0.0 to blobs on a silver platter and kill small-gang roams. -------------------- "I am hard pressed on my right; my centre is giving way; situation excellent; I am attacking." - Ferdinand Foch at the Battle of the Marne |

Can someone clarify this? I don't think I can leave my pod, can I?
If you get pod-killed, you wake up in your contract clone station not in a pod, not in a ship, not in anything at all. Before you leave station, you are required board a ship (apparently this was not working properly). To get back into your pod, I think you have to baord a ship and then leave it. -------------------- "I am hard pressed on my right; my centre is giving way; situation excellent; I am attacking." - Ferdinand Foch at the Battle of the Marne |

^^THIS
CCP, an armor tanked naglfar with 2x cap armor rep, 2x citadel torps and 2x capital projectiles uses about 777k grid of 781 avail. so how can u reduce grid by 65k when there's only 4k to spare ??

Why do they need to take the one race that actually has trouble with capital fitting requirements and nerf it's powergrid?
Um, in case you missed the memo, you're supposed to shield tank it now. That's why it got gobs of extra CPU and an extra midslot.... -------------------- "I am hard pressed on my right; my centre is giving way; situation excellent; I am attacking." - Ferdinand Foch at the Battle of the Marne |

Okay, let me explain. The Nag's DPS has gone up (2x projectile bonuses, both of which are more than any other dread gets, in addition to the torps), the Nag can active shield tank better than a Phoenix (slightly less peak boost, more cap stable), and it's still frickin VERTICAL. No, it can't shield buffer tank like a Phoenix. No, it doesn't do more DPS than a Moros or a Rev. But it's still far better off than it was before.
EDIT: The Moros has one less low slot than the Rev, do you see people complaining about not being able to armor tank a Moros? -------------------- "I am hard pressed on my right; my centre is giving way; situation excellent; I am attacking." - Ferdinand Foch at the Battle of the Marne |
