If i join a fleet with somebody who is at war, their war targets cant attack me? Is the case now?

Fleets have absolutely no effect whatsoever on aggro mechanics.

hummm
Long time since I was in a war when it happened, but if you provide "support" to a WT (ie remote rep) I think you are then flagged as a WT
Also, didnt it used to give a warning that you were fleeting with someone at war? If so,why give the warning if it dont make any differance?
And is it differant for FW and CW?

Always been the case? last time i read eve help , etc it was
Its been a year maybe more but it was a big scam to fleet up and then gank mission runners.
Currently as of this post, fleeting up does not flag as a war target. IF YOU REP OR REPAIR A TARGET THAT WILL FLAG YOU AS A WAR TARGET. But that has nothing to do with the act of joining a fleet.

A somewhat odious practice which has developed from the change is to include a wing or fleet booster in a command ship from a neutral corp. He can provide full bonuses, but the enemy can't attack him
