Besides, a 10% return over three months is just sad. If you plan on stealing money from the innocent and naive, at least promise them a decent return on the money they'll never get back.

again .. huff makes a very valid point here..
also 10% is good depending on how much isk you invest.. 1bil = 100mil return .etc
so a mere 100bil = 10bil return .. easy isk

Since you are not willing to use known formats or even take the time to make proper paragraphs I conclude you are making this post for humor only. If you really intended to have a bond or IPO you would not be advising separate talks online where you can tell each person something different.
