Well im flying a Minmitar Frigate atm with some good gunnery skills for it. Im now wanting to jump into something...bigger...perhaps a Minmitar Cruiser, soley for mission running. Im a Projectile Turret user and love the Minmitar Ships, so can some-one help me out please, and a fit for that ship aswell?

Well for the time being it will be Level 1, then Level 2's, hoping to also get involed with the corps mission running, Quality 18 Level 4's.
Ive read somewere that the Rupture is FAIL, is that correct or false information?

Usually it's best to try a ship and make your own conclusions. Otherwise you'll end up with such a closed view of things, you may miss out on some fun.

Rupture is definitely the best Minmatar T1 cruiser for PvE, as well as for many PvP applications. That being said, I wouldn't do 3s in a Rupture (even though you can), but rather would grab a Hurricane, as it's much superior in just about every way.

Stabber is quite nice in that you can pretend it's a big Rifter ( or well, I did ), but Ruppie works very well too.
Not flown a stabber in ages, but lets have a go, this sort of thing worked ok for me:

And a drone.
Once you get used to it swap the DC for a damage mod. Might even want to use 180s if your gunnery support skills are low.

Level 2s: Rupture
Level 3s: Hurricane
Level 4s: Maelstrom
IMO.
Oh, and obligatory Raven/Dominix/Amarr BS instead.
