I want to put on auction my Nyx mothership.
Fitting below. Location low-sec (approx 12 jumps from Jita).
Start bid and reserve : 25 bilion ISK (that's approx 1.3b below Jita, counting 18b for Nyx)
min. increment: 250 million ISK
Buyout: 30 bilion ISK
Sniper rule: 15 minutes
Auction end: Saturday 23-May-2009 22:00 EVE-Time
The transfer of the ship and funds will be done using Chribba's 3rd party service.
The costs of Chribba's service will be covered by the buyer.
The ship is sold together with the fitting - no separate sale possible.
No payment plans will be accepted - the whole sum must be paid at once.

I would buy it if it wasnt for the fact if i died in that fitting when collecting it i would be kicked from tri.

Well, I understand you both are speaking of the low-slots, and sure - it looks funny, but if you would care to check the stats using this in EFT, you would see why it's like that.
Besides - you can always buy the additional costly modules of your choice and install them 
I chose this fitting according to the rule, that if a ship is going to be killed - it will be anyway, but it can be a bit cheaper
I could of course put in low-slots something like:

Its not so much about your effective hp as it is armor resist, even t2 fit armor hardeners are more "effective" than structure tanking, because im pretty sure the 50 other capitals youre potentially there with wont fit remote structure rep ;)

And here is the catch - I used it for solo flights No support from others.
