Il keep it short here and yes this is an alt..
A certain player has made many griefing tactics to try and remove me from the game, this has been going on for months across two of my characters...
I have tried the GM's under the EULA part and I quote:
'players who are found to be consistently maliciously interfering with the game experience for others may receive a warning, temporary suspension or permanent banning of his account'
Nothing..
so what do I ask of you humble pilots I hear you ask, I ask for something to be done against this character, I have no funds to spare as he has taken them all, either through scams or combat loss...
Please, you are my last hope, of being able to finally play this game free from this consistant griefer

And if you guys actually read what whoopi is saying, you will see that the offending party wants him 'out of the game'. So getting tears isnt really want the offender want and he wont stop just because whoopi goes silent.

We only got the OP's word for that, as said above, he could be just trying to mine in the same system all the time for all we know.

Further information in response to comments....
1)I am not trying to mine in either low sec or the same system, infact I have tried relocating in all but gallente race space...
2)Rather than crying to GM's I am trying to get a fix ingame and use ingame means to sort something out...
3) you can request tears all you want, but I don't cry about a game, I just go get my fix elsewhere, but I don't go without a fight
as said before this is an alt, the name is roughly influenced by the monty python spam sketch and one of my favourite film stars

I would suggest joining a large PvP oriented corporation.
There are several such orginizations that would welcome miners or merchants or whatever it is you do. . .and be more than happy to spend a goodly amount of time stomping your antagonist into snail snot.

There's whole corporations and alliances with the outspoken goal to 'ruin others game' and to 'make them quit'. Not just directed to their pixeled internet spacegame enemies, but a general statement directed to all players.
If a single player is getting this treatment from a handful of players, it's just the same that goes on in a huge scale in EVE, so what difference does it do? Do like everyone else, join up with a corp and fight off your (perhaps mutual) enemies.
