Can the Tengu have its subsystems reconfigured? meaning can you take one out and put another one in? or are they like rigs pull one out, it is destroyed? O.o

AFAIK, you can switch subsystems assuming you have the subsystem you want to switch to on hand.
There's no model without the subsystems so you can't take it off without the replacement there.

But what happens to the installed rigs if you want to reconfigure the subsystems?

If you switch the subsystems on the assebled ship, nothing. Rigs only destroy when you repackage the ship.

You can also repackage the ship and you get all the subsystems back. Ofcourse this way you destroy the rigs.

not gonna repackage it since i put 3 T2 extenders on mine :P

So it is possible to switch the subsystems without repackaging the ship. Great!
