I'm pondering training towards Stealth Bombers and Blockade Runners.
My first question is what people recommend as far as getting a feel for operating a cloaking device and whatnot. I guess I'm looking for something relatively cheap so I won't mind losing it repeatedly as I screw up.
Next up, as far as Stealth Bombers go, is there a "best"? Right now I've got equal frigate skills for all races, so that isn't an issue. I'm leaning towards Caldari because I prefer shield tanking, but I'm not sure that would matter in the long-run. Is there one Stealth Bomber that just flat-out outperforms the others?
Same question for Blockade Runners. Is there one Blockade Runner that is just plain better?
And an additional question for Blockade Runners - how do folks typically fit them? Should I try to maximize my cargo capacity? Or go for fast travel and agility? Or better tank?
Absolutely any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The best way to practice cloaking is to do it in a ship made for it. Buy yourself a bomber and fly around in it for awhile practicing cloaking and uncloaking, cloaking right after jumping through a gate, etc. As far as the best Stealth bombers to fly it imo is manticore, hound, nemesis, and whatever the amarr one is. I have all my frigates to lvl 5 but its just incase i cant find a replacement manticore.
As far as tanking in a bomber...it wont happen. You could probably try speed tanking it but if used correctly you dont need to worry about tanking. Your tanking is your cloak. Besides the mids in a stealth bomber will consist of sensor boosters, sensor damps, Target painter, and possibly a micro warp drive (i fit one atleast).
You lows are going to have preferably 2 bcus and when you get the skills both will be Tech 2. Now you will be sacrificing dps if you speed tank but if you absolutely want to you can.
